All purchases from Cell Life UK Ltd are governed by these terms and conditions, which are subject to change without notice.

Pricing

Prices are quoted are in pounds sterling and all transactions will take place in that currency.

Delivery is not included in our quotations, unless specified, and will be invoiced at the time of despatch.

Pricing for deliveries outside the UK

Now that the UK has left the EU, we do not charge UK VAT on deliveries being made outside of the UK. It should be noted, though, that due to the current agreements that are in place, customers outside of the UK may be liable for import duties, taxes or other charges before they can take delivery of their order.

These charges (if applicable) may vary from country to country and with the value of the goods being shipped. All such charges are the responsibility of the person receiving the goods.

Orders

Please provide a valid email address when placing your order, as this is the primary method of contact for keeping you informed of order progress, settling queries, etc.

We reserve the right to refuse orders that we feel have been made in an attempt to fraudulently obtain goods or services, or where we are not happy that the person placing the order has the legal right to order on a company’s behalf.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend your order as necessary following a discussion either by email or over the telephone.

Initial orders will be dealt with on a pro-forma basis until such time as credit facilities have been arranged. Currently Cell Life UK Ltd uses a factoring company for credit accounts and payments must be made to them. Both pro-forma and credit invoices will contain details of the correct bank account to pay into.

The contract of sale between us is complete when goods have been despatched to you.

Legislation

Products sold by Cell Life UK Ltd are compliant with the statutory legal requirements and relevant safety standards in force in the UK. Such requirements may differ outside the UK and Cell Life UK Ltd cannot be held responsible should any of your products not comply with the laws of the intended country of sale.
